Owning a food truck takes some major cajones. So it’s no surprise that Danny Trejo, king badass of the silver screen, owns, operates and absolutely thrives in the industry.

Unfortunately, the typical entrepreneur ain’t no Trejo. So we brought Danny on board to help rookie food truck owners go straight up Machete on the food truck game.

Through a thrilling conflict of culinary concoctions, and with the help of celebrity chef Daniel Shemtob and food truck guru David Weber, we guided two teams to greatness.
