At the National Restaurant Association Convention in Chicago, everything is anything but conventional.

So how does an insurance company shine (or even make sense) in such an environment? Welp, it starts by challenging foodies to a battle of the taste buds, asking them to “Experiment with Food Not Insurance” at The Gastro Gauntlet.

The Fearless Feast (Only for the Most Daring Foodies)

Believe it or not, some of these gluttons for punishment wanted more — we obliged with what we call: The Fearless Feast — a final foodie challenge featuring lutefisk (Norwegian fish), BBQ mealworms, and smoked chicken feet… YUM!
